26 et 27 novembre - manifestation dans le quartier européen - circulation difficile possible dès lundi matin !
La Police de Bruxelles nous a informés de la tenue d'une manifestation les 26 et 27 novembre prochains. Environ 1000 agriculteurs (à bord de 400 tracteurs) sont attendus à Bruxelles et dans le quartier européen. La manifestation débutera Place du Luxembourg à 13h00 le 26 et devrait se terminer à 13h le 27/11.
D'importants problèmes de circulation sont à craindre dans le quartier européen et dans toute la ville et pourraient débuter dès les heures de pointe lundi, en particulier sur les principales artères vers Bruxelles. Il pourrait aussi être difficile d'accéder à certains bâtiments de la Commission.

26 and 27 November. Farmers' Demonstration in the European quarter – traffic problems possible as of Monday morning!
The Brussels police has informed us of a demonstration taking place on 26 and 27 November. Around 1000 farmers with around 400 tractors are expected to protest in Brussels including the European Quarter. The demonstration will start on "Place du Luxembourg" at 13:00 h. on the 26th and should end at 13:00 h. on the 27th.
Significant traffic problems in the European quarter and all over Brussels are to be expected already starting during the morning rush hour on Monday, in particular on the arterial roads into Brussels. It might be difficult to access certain Commission buildings.

26. und 27. November - Demonstration von Landwirten im Europa-Viertel - Verkehrsbehinderungen ab Montag morgen möglich!
Die belgische Polizei hat uns über eine Demonstration, am Montag und Dienstag, den 26. und 27. November, in Kenntnis gesetzt. Etwa 1.000 Landwirte mit etwa 400 Traktoren sollen in Brüssel einschließlich des Europa-Viertels demonstrieren. Die Demonstration wird um 13.00 Uhr am 26. auf der "Place du Luxembourg" beginnen und nicht vor 13.00 Uhr am 27. beendet sein.
Erhebliche Verkehrsprobleme im Europa-Viertel und in ganz Brüssel sind bereits während des morgendlichen Berufsverkehrs am Montag zu erwarten, insbesondere auf den Haupteinfallstrassen nach Brüssel. Der Zugang zu einzelnen Kommissionsgebäuden könnte erschwert sein.

Aztán, mikor hétfőn reggel az irodába igyekeztem, meglepődve tapasztaltam, hogy nem lehet az utcánkba behajtani, és már a Luxembourg teret is elkezdték lezárni – teljesen elfelejtettem azt, hogy jönnek a gazdák…

Délután pedig már olyannyira megjöttek, hogy bazinagy tüzet is csináltak,íme néhány kép és egy rövid video.

Estére eléggé eldurvulhatott helyzet, mert ez az email jött arról, hogy nem lehet használni néhány, környékbeli épület parkolóját - közöttük a miénket (LUX40) sem:

According to the police, the blockage may remain in place until 18:00, when, the tractors are expected to move towards Parc Cinquantenaire. Several garage exits (MO34, LUX 40 and 46, B-28, SC11 and AN-88) are currently unusable and traffic remains extremely congested, if not brought to a standstill in the European quarter. Child-minding centres (COLE, PALM, and CLOVIS) and afterschool facilities will ensure the presence of personnel after the usual opening hours”

Selon les dernières informations reçues de la Police, les quelque 500 tracteurs des producteurs de lait sont à l'arrêt rue Belliard. Le blocage pourrait durer jusqu'aux environs de 18 heures, moment à partir duquel les tracteurs rejoindront le Parc du Cinquantenaire.
Certaines sorties de garage (MO34, LUX 40 et 46, B-28, SC11 et AN-88) sont actuellement inutilisables et la circulation reste extrêmement difficile, voire complètement paralysée dans le quartier européen.
Les crèches (COLE, PALM, et CLOVIS) et les garderies (COLE, WILS) vont assurer une permanence au-delà de l'heure habituelle de fermeture.

According to the last information received from the Police, around 500 tractors belonging to milk producers are currently blocking rue Belliard. The blockage may take until 18:00. From this moment onwards, the tractors are expected to move towards Parc Cinquantenaire.
Several garage exits (MO34, LUX 40 and 46, B-28, SC11 and AN-88) are currently unusable and traffic remains extremely difficult, if not brought to a still stand in the European quarter.

Aztán, jött a figyelmeztetés (18:37-kor), hogy reggelre se várnak sokkal jobbat:

La Police vient de nous informer que le blocage risque de se prolonger encore pour plusieurs heures.
La sortie en voiture par les garages de certains bâtiments reste difficile (MO34, LUX 40, B-28, SC11 et AN-88) sauf au LX-46 où il est pour l'instant impossible de sortir à cause des tracteurs se trouvant dans la rue de Luxembourg.
Selon la Police, demain, un nouveau cortège de manifestants devrait démarrer dès 8 heures du matin, causant de nouveau des embarras de circulation importants dans le quartier européen au moins pendant l'heure de pointe.

Police has just informed us that the blockage of rue Belliard risks persisting for another couple of hours.
Exit by car from a number of Commission buildings remains difficult (MO34, LUX 40, B-28, SC11 and AN-88), except for LX-46, where exit is currently impossible due to a queue of tractors all along the street.
According to the Police, the demonstrators are expected to restart their protest drive already at 8 am tomorrow, hence seriously disrupting traffic in the European quarter at least during the morning rush hour.

Ma reggelre nem let a helyzet sokkal jobb, elég dugószerű volt a helyzet reggel 8:10 körül, de meg sem próbáltam az épületünk alá parkolni, inkább a kicsivel messzebb lévő Kutatási Főigazgatóság parkolóját részesítettem előnyben. Remélhetőleg így délután is könnyebben tudok majd távozni.
