FW: Information to staff - Perli a Bizottság a Tanácsot

Tegnap hozta a postás: perre megy a Bizottság a Tanáccsal a béremelés elmaradása miatt.
Bár engem nem érdekel különösebben, de úgy gondolom, hogy teljesen igaza van a Bizottságnak. Ha a Tanács nem tartja be a saját maga által hozott szabályokat akkor felejen érte. Igaz ez így most sokkal de sokkal több pénzbe fog kerülni az adófizetőknek, mivel gondolom, hogy a Bíróság számára ez eléggé egyértelmű ügy lesz.

As the President and Vice-President Kallas informed you before Christmas, the Council decided not to follow the method laid down in the Staff Regulations for the annual adjustment of the remuneration and pensions of EU civil servants. Thereby, in the Commission's opinion, the Council has not respected the link between the annual adjustment and the evolution of purchasing power for the member states' civil servants and has not respected the Staff Regulations.

We would like to inform you that the Commission decided today to bring an action for annulment before the Court of Justice against this decision taken by the Council. In addition, it decided to authorise the Legal Service of the Commission to file this action before the Court of Justice and to ask for the application of the accelerated procedure.
