Pólóügy

Ott kezdődött az egész, hogy pólókat rendeltünk az iskolai évforduló alkalmából.   A pólók meg is érkeztek, bár gyanúsan gagyinak tűnt a rajtuk elhelyezett logo és sajnos ki is derült, hogy nem is bírja a logo a mosást. Ígyhát emailt ragadtam és írtam az iskola igazgatójának, aki végül továbbította a levelet a póló-szervezőknek. Remélem, hogy vagy visszaadják a nem használt pólók fejében a 90 eurót (amiért nem kilenc, hanem 15 jó minőségű pólót is lehet venni, igaz azon nincs az iskopla logója), vagy becserélik használhat pólókra a nálunk lévő vackokat.

 

Az igazat megvallva az is furcsa hogy semmilyen számlát satöbbit nem kaptunk, sőt valami jótékonysági célt is emlegettek a befizetések felhasználásáról de semmilyen tájékoztatót nem adtak arról sem ... azért elég furcsán szervezik az dolgokat itt a suliban is ...

I suggest

- either to refund me the 90 euros and I give you back the original, unused but bad quality t-shirts, or

- exchange the original, unused but bad quality t-shirts to a good quality, washable (reusable) ones with the logo of the European School, or the 50th Anniversary

 

Should you have any further proposals concerning the solution of this sorrowful situation I would be happy to listen, consider them.

Sorry for bothering you with a relatively small problem, but I think you should know that the 50th Anniversary T-Shirts (with the rectangle-shaped, dark blue logo at the front) are of very pool quality. I have purchased eleven T-Shirts (for € 10/each) as I intended to bring a few T-Shirts back to my relatives to Hungary for spreading the knowledge and reputation of the European School and its anniversary. As my children also used the T-Shirts at the anniversary festivities on this Saturday my wife washed the ones used by my children - all washing was done according to signs on the label of the T-Shirt. To my greatest regret the sad discovery was that the logo is ruined … well, not totally but it seems as it was used for years - not just two days.

Dear Mr. Director,

I still have nine T-Shirts of this low quality which are definitely can not be considered as presents to my family members as they woud cast a very unpleasant light on the whole European School. I would be glad if you could help me to change these bad quality T-Shirts back to receive some good quality ones. Should the exchange be not possible please refund me the invested 90 euros and I will return these T-Shirts to the School.
