No buses – no school
Dear Parents, students and colleagues,


The weather and traffic conditions around Brussels are exceptionally challenging at this moment.

The Transport Service at our school has informed me that the side roads in Brussels region are dangerous and there is a high risk of accidents and serious traffic jams and delays.

According to the weather forecast there will be an additional snow fall on Monday afternoon. Our 52 school buses would have, once again, huge difficulties in distributing our students in various destinations all around Brussels. The Transport Service will not be able to provide safe school transport services tomorrow. Therefore, the school will be closed on tomorrow, Monday 21/12/2009.

The secondary school exams are postponed. They will take place after Christmas holidays.

Students who have left books /exam material in the lockers are welcome to pick them up tomorrow. The school gates are open from 8h00 to 17h00.

The telephone chains for informing parents and teachers will be active this evening. Please inform your classmates / colleagues of this notice if possible.

The weather forecasters predict milder weather for Tuesday, so a decision for Tuesday 22/12 will be taken tomorrow and information will then be put on the school website.
